Made of an incredibly lightweight expanded polypropylene (EPP) material, these insulated food carriers weigh less than 1.5 kg when empty and yet are still sturdy enough to stand up to the demands of daily use. Cam GoBoxes are able to work with most types of GN pans, including foil, plastic, and stainless steel.
The EPP140 can fit one GN 1/1 pan up to 10 cm deep or two GN1/2 or three GN 1/3 (sold separately).
The EPP160 can fit one GN 1/1 pan up to 15 cm deep or two GN1/2 or three GN 1/3 (sold separately).
The EPP180 can fit one GN 1/1 pan up to 20 cm deep or two GN1/2 or three GN 1/3 (sold separately).
Keeps either hot or cold food at safe temperatures for up to four hours, maintaining temperatures ranging from -40°C to 120°C.
