Cambro Return Policy

     A. You receive Damaged or Defective Product(s), Incorrect Product(s) or Products Ordered are missing in the shipment.

1. Cambro will be responsible for the cost of return shipping if the item is damaged, incorrect or
2. Claims of damaged, incorrect or missing item on arrival must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise.
   1. Anytime you receive items, please take some time to carefully inspect your items.
   2. Each shipment will include a packing label on the box. Please verify that you received all items listed on that label.
3. Please go to Your Account on Cambroshop.com, click on Your Orders, select an order you want to return item from and click Return. Fill out a short form to return item.
4. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with an Authorization for Return Number (AFR), prepaid shipping label and instructions to ship your items back.

    B. You decide to return goods for a reason other than damage upon on arrival or wrong product shipped. 

1. 1. You are entitled to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
   2. All returned items must be new, unused, and in the original packaging.
   3. Please send the unused and clean goods back to us at your own expense and in their original packaging together with all accessories and all packaging components.
   4. A return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the product(s).
   5. Please go to Please go to Your Account on Cambroshop.com, click on Your Orders, select an order you want to return item from and click Return. Fill out a short form to return item.
   6. Once your return is approved, you will be provided Authorization for Return Number (AFR) and instructions to ship your items back. Shipping charges will be at your expense.

   C. You would like to Exchange a Product from the order you received.

    Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for returned merchandise. Please return the item you wish to exchange for a refund in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for a replacement item.
