ORDER

Q: Can order be canceled after it was placed but not shipped? 

A: Yes, it can be cancelled if it has not been processed (Picked) yet. Please contact our Customer Service for assistance. 

Q:  Can order be changed after order was received but not shipped?

A: Yes, it can be changed, but only to remove Items. No items can be added. Please contact our Customer Service for assistance if item(s) need to be removed from order. 

Q: Can ship to address be changed after order was received? 

A:  Yes, if order didn’t ship yet. Please contact our Customer Service to make this change. 

Q: Can order be returned after 14 days?  

A: Unfortunately, we only accept returns within 14 days from the day goods have been delivered.  

 

PAYMENT 

Q: Is cash on delivery possible?

A:  Unfortunately, cash on delivery is not possible.

Q: Can I pay without VAT and how ?

A: VAT is included in the price of the goods if shipping inside Germany. If customer is a Business you should input your VAT number during your account registration so you’re able to get a refund.  For shipments to any other country, VAT will be added at check-out process for all customers other than businesses with valid VAT. 

Q: What payment methods do you offer? 

A:  We offer to pay by credit card, debit card, Paypal and SEPA.

 

SHIPPING

Q:  To which countries does Cambro Shop deliver?
A:   We currently ship to Germany, Austria and Italy. 

Q:  How much does the shipping cost? 
A:   Shipping is free of charge.

Q:  Is there Express Shipping?
A:   Unfortunately, we cannot offer any Express Shipping. 

Q: Can I have my goods delivered to a mailbox or a packing station?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a mailbox or packing station. 

Q: Can I collect the goods myself?
 A: Unfortunately, we cannot offer collection at our warehouse.
 

RETURNS 

Q: I want to return the goods. How much time do I have for this and what is the procedure?
A:  You have 14 days from the time you received product to return any product for any reason.  If you are not satisfied after receiving your goods, please log into your account on Cambro Shop.com and go to Your Orders.  Then, select the order that includes products you want to return and click on Return to navigate through the process. 
Q:  Is Return Shipping free of charge? 
A: Return shipping is free of charge if products arrive damaged or there is a quality claim.  If the return is customer’s choice or for any other reason, customer is responsible for any shipping cost back to shipper.  We recommend using a carrier with a tracking so we can track shipment if needed.  We will refund you the full purchase price as soon as the item has arrived at our warehouse and an incoming goods inspection has taken place. 
Q:  How are exchanges handled? 
A:  Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for returned merchandise. Please return the item you wish to exchange for a refund in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for a replacement item.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT


Q: Do I absolutely have to have a customer account in order to be able to order from Cambro Shop?
A: Yes, an account is mandatory.

Q: What are the advantages of a customer account with Cambro Shop?
A: When creating a customer account and signing for Newsletter, you will be notified about any Cambro promotions, product specials and have first peek at new products sold online. 

Q: I have forgotten my password. How do I get a new one?
A:  Click on Sign In in top of right corner, then forgot password and follow instructions to receive a password reset link. 

Q: Can I delete my customer account?
A: You cannot delete your account on your own, but if notified, Cambro can take care of it for you.

Q: Where can I register for the newsletter?
A: Go to your account and under your Account information navigate to Newsletters where you can subscribe to Newsletter.

Q: Can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
A: Yes, you can. Go to your account and under your Account information navigate to Newsletters where you can unsubscribe to Newsletter.  You will receive email confirmation that you have been unsubscribed from the newsletter.

Q: Where are the Cambro products made?
A:  Our products are made in several countries, mainly USA, China, Germany, Bulgaria, and Turkey. 

Q: How are the products packaged and shipped?
A:  All products are shipped in cartons; bulky products will be delivered on a pallet.
