Product Summary
The Camshelving® Universal Storage Rack provides a new level of organization to commercial kitchens. This system can be customized to maximize and optimize the storage of GN food pans, bakery sheet pans, and pizza dough boxes. Store different containers next to each other and transform them into drawers for frequently accessed ingredients.
Customize your Camshelving by adding up to 4 panels per shelf (2 starter kits) and adjust each panel to fit your menu’s changing needs. Easily access containers without having to disrupt other containers on the shelf. Each panel is designed with 7 rails spaced 5 cm apart and is able to hold:
Full-Size Food Pans with Flat Lids, 6,5 cm or 10 cm deep: 4 units
Bakery Sheet Pans/Trays, 60 x 40 cm: 7 units
Pizza Dough Boxes, 60 x 40 x 7 cm: 4 units
