Made of an incredibly lightweight expanded polypropylene (EPP) material, these insulated food carriers weigh less than 1.5 kg when empty but are still sturdy enough to stand up to the demands of daily use. These insulated food boxes are compatible with most types of GN pans, including foil, plastic, and stainless steel.
- The EPP300 can fit 3 GN 1/1 pan 10 cm deep or 8 GN1/2 or 12 GN 1/3 (sold separately).
- The EPP400 can fit 4 GN 1/1 pan 10 cm deep or 8 GN1/2 or 12 GN 1/3 (sold separately).
- Keep either hot or cold food at safe temperatures for up to four hours,
maintaining temperatures ranging from -40°C to 120°C. - Extend your food holding time with a Camchiller or Camwarmer.
